Refund & Cancellation Policy
Panel EasyMate provides made-to-order products and customised manufacturing services.
Before production
Customers may request changes or cancellation before production begins. Any refund or cancellation costs will depend on materials ordered, work already performed and applicable law.
After production begins
Because products are manufactured to customer specifications, change-of-mind cancellations or refunds may not be available once production has commenced.
Incorrect or defective work
If a product or service is defective, damaged or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us with the order reference, details and photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
